R&D Manager - Bakery Innovation (m/f/d)

We are currently working with an industrial bakery business who create tailor-made bakery solutions across ingredients, machinery and recipe development to help create baked goods whilst optimising quality, efficiency and profitability.

They are looking to bring on an R&D Manager to lead product innovation and support customers across Germany and northern Europe across a broad range of bakery applications.

Role:

• Lead the development of new bakery products, ingredients and formulations
• Manage R&D projects from concept through trials to commercialisation
• Work closely with Sales, marketing, production and purchasing
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers ad ingredient suppliers

Requirements:

• Degree in Food science, Food Technology or related discipline
• 3+ years within bakery R&D, product development or technical applications
