R&D PCB Layout Design Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role you will contribute to hardware development by designing and validating complex PCBs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet standards and performance requirements. You will optimize layouts for signal and power integrity, EMC, thermal, and manufacturability, while supporting reviews and transitions to manufacturing. This is a hands-on position that combines schematic entry, layout, simulation, and production support to deliver robust boards. Join a team that values rigorous design and practical problem solving.

• Schematic entry and layout design of complex PCBs
• Ensure designs comply with internal standards and regulations
• Design and optimize layouts for signal integrity, power integrity, EMC, thermal, and manufacturing requirements
• Support design reviews and implement feedback and engineering changes
• Provide PCB placement and feasibility studies
• Run simulations
• Rollout and support to PCB manufacturing and assembly houses

• Technician or Bachelor’s in electronics/electrical engineering or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in PCB schematic entry and layout design with Mentor or equivalent
• Familiar with analog layout techniques (shielding, low noise)
• Good teamwork and communication skills
