• You act quickly, efficiently, work independently as well as precisely and at the highest level
• With an experienced partner you are responsible for a real estate shop
• You manage a joint office with a team of independent real estate agents
• You expand the team independently and individually
• You achieve regional market leadership with your shop
• You actively and permanently acquire new customers
• You ensure customer-oriented advice
