Your Responsibilities

• Exclusive Property Sales: Manage the sale of residential properties in Berlin and the surrounding area with expertise, professionalism and a strong sense for your clients’ individual needs – from initial consultation through to successful completion.
• Personalised Client Service: Guide prospective buyers throughout the entire property search and purchasing process. From the first consultation to the handover of the keys, your personal commitment makes all the difference.
• Trusted Relationships with Property Owners: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners through professional and reliable support, while contributing to the continued growth of our property portfolio.
• New Client Acquisition: Use your in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and your experience in property valuation to identify new opportunities, acquire properties and expand our client network.

Your Profile

• In-depth industry knowledge and a proven track record in real estate brokerage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A genuine passion for real estate and architecture
• Strong computer skills, preferably with experience using Propstack
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Commercial licence pursuant to Section 34c of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO)
• Valid Category B driving licence
• Ideally, experience with real estate investment products
