Job Responsibilities

• Independently oversee and manage homeowners’ associations in commercial and accounting matters, supported by assistants.
• Manage service contracts reliably.
• Take responsibility for organising and carrying out maintenance work.

Qualifications

• Completed a vocational qualification as a property sales assistant (m/f/d), office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Demonstrated professional expertise through several years’ experience in the management of residential or rental properties.
• Confident in using MS Office.
• Very good command of written and spoken German and, ideally, a further foreign language.
