Real Estate Sales Agent – Concierge Services

Responsibilities

• You will become ALB’s main point of contact in your area.
• Development: Identify and bring new properties under management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations).
• Management: Run your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
• Freedom: Organize your schedule and work from where you want (partial remote / field work).

Requirements

• Persuasive: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
• Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field — your willingness to learn and to do quality work matters most.
• Autonomous: You want flexibility in your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
