Record to Report Project Management Office Lead

As R2R PMO Lead you drive the Record to Report transformation by managing the project portfolio and governance for standardized, compliant, and digital accounting processes. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, advance the transformation roadmap, and ensure value realization through strong business cases. You will coach project managers, facilitate governance forums, and engage stakeholders globally. • Lead the R2R PMO function, overseeing project portfolio management and governance
• Plan and deliver the R2R transformation roadmap
• Prioritize portfolio, plan resources, and track projects
• Develop business cases, monitor investments, and realize benefits
• Coach project managers and promote PM practices across the organization
• Facilitate governance forums, workshops, and stakeholder engagements
• Coordinate process communications with project teams
• Act as Project Manager for strategic initiatives as required

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Significant experience leading complex global projects and transformation in Finance or R2R
• Solid experience in project portfolio management, governance, planning, and budgeting
• Experience with Agile, Lean and/or Lean Six Sigma methodologies (beneficial)
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to analyze information (advanced PowerPoint)
• Experience with AI use cases in project management (helpful)
• Fluent written and spoken English
