• Coach candidates on interview logistics and expectations.
• Provide timely updates on application status.

Assessing Candidates:

• Conduct phone interviews using templates and independent judgment.
• Issue skills testing and review background information.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offers and drive acceptance.
