You will manage the entire recruitment process according to a 360° model, connecting sales and recruitment.
You will acquire new clients through telephone outreach and advise them on our services.
You will identify and attract suitable candidates in the Life Science field.
You will present candidates to clients and coordinate and conduct interviews by phone or video.
You will support clients and candidates throughout the entire placement process.
You will build a strong professional network and develop into an expert in your market.

You have a university degree, vocational training, or an equivalent qualification.
You have experience working with people where the ability to persuade, listen, and build trust was essential.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can keep track of multiple topics at once.
You communicate clearly and directly while remaining respectful and considerate.
You set goals and follow through, even when things do not work out immediately.
You take ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
You are professionally fluent in German and English.
