Recruiter | Talent Acquisition | Non-IT| Remote

We are seeking a results-driven Non-IT Recruitment Specialist (1-4 years) to join our team. You will drive full-cycle recruitment for critical non-technical roles, specifically sourcing top talent for fast-paced D2C, retail, logistics, and e-commerce sectors to support our rapidly expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, from understanding role requirements to sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and final offer negotiation.
• Sector Specialization: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for specialized non-IT functions, including supply chain/logistics, e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and retail management.
• Sourcing Strategies: Leverage niche job boards, professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and social media to attract active and passive candidates.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional hiring managers across retail and warehouse operations to identify upcoming hiring needs and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates not just on skills, but on cultural fit and industry-specific metrics (e.g., conversion rates, fulfillment KPIs).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven, hands-on recruiting experience with a strong focus on non-IT sectors.
• Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated track record of placing candidates in D2C, retail, supply chain/logistics, or e-commerce companies.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Indeed, and other digital recruitment tools.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities to build long-lasting candidate and stakeholder relationships.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
