Recruiting Specialist, AI Fellowship Programs – Contract

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate candidates using a structured rubric
• Conduct 30-minute structured interviews focused on six competencies
• Own and manage candidate pipelines in Greenhouse
• Participate in calibration syncs and improve the screening process

Requirements

• Experience with high-volume structured interviews
• Ability to evaluate potential as much as experience
• Familiarity with university recruiting or cohort selection
• Experience with an ATS (ideally Greenhouse)
• Comfortable working alongside AI tools
