Recruitment Consultant, Automotive Sector

Overview

Autorekry Oy, Finland's first and only specialist in automotive recruitment, is seeking an active and automotive-interested recruitment consultant to support our growth. The role involves active new customer acquisition, developing existing client relationships, and selling recruitment and personnel leasing services across Finland. The candidate should have experience in the automotive sector, recruitment, or personnel leasing, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build trust with clients and candidates. The work is mobile, requiring travel across Finland.

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new customers and expand the client base across Finland.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Sell recruitment and personnel leasing services to automotive sector clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive sector, recruitment, or personnel leasing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust with clients and candidates.
• Fluent Finnish and good English skills.

Location and Work Setup

The role is mobile and requires travel across Finland. The position offers independence and responsibility with opportunities for development in a growing expert company. Flexible hybrid work is available at Technopolis Aviapolis, Vantaa, or other locations such as Tampere, Turku, or Central Finland.
