The International Recruitment internship is designed for university students and young graduates who are interested to build a career in recruitment and in particular in tech recruitment. You will be exposed to all stages of the recruitment job that starts with market research, vacancy research, candidate search and first contact and ends with offer negotiation.
You will also touch such an important part of the life of the recruitment agency as business development, winning new clients and delivering premium service to existing clients.
Who is fit to be a recruiter? Recruitment is considered to be the closest to a sales job, so those who have fun talking to people, selling them a vision, finding out their demands will find the job rewarding. Contemporary recruitment also offers a great opportunity to those young people who are less communicative over the phone but prefer to spend their work hours in front of PC, chatting or doing research. The career path of recruitment researcher would be a good choice for you. Therefore, we encourage everyone who is interested in technology and people to apply.
We offer internships from 2 to 6 months.
Prior to the start, selected applicants will have a 2 week long recruitment bootcamp consisting of trainings, tasks, learning about IT, Recruitment and Sales.
We will choose the interns based on the results of the bootcamp.
The program is designed to introduce you to the world of international recruitment with the focus on the Tech Market in Germany. Upon successful completion you will have a chance to join our agency as a full‑time recruiter or researcher.
