Der Service bei Heidelberg stellt gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden in den unterschiedlichen Lebensphasen unserer Produkte mit Service Dienstleistungen, Service Parts und Consumables die tägliche Versorgung mit Druckprodukten (z.B. Verpackungen, Etiketten) sicher. Ein globales Netzwerk bildet mit seiner Kundennähe und Professionalität die Grundlage für die digitale Strategie Heidelbergs. Unser gemeinsames Ziel: Ihre Entwicklung vom Referenten Service in eine operative Linienfunktion in der Zentrale oder in einer unserer weltweit agierenden Sales & Service Einheiten. Training on the job mit diverse Service-Teams weltweit sowie dem Leiter Service Unterschiedliche interne Trainingsmaßnahmen Vorbereitung auf eigenständige Arbeiten

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung in der Vorbereitung strategischer, konzeptioneller und operativer Themen- und Fragestellungen
• Teilprojektleitung und Projektunterstützung im Rahmen von Bereichs- und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
• Erstellen von fundierten, aussagekräftigen Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen für interne und externe Gremien sowie Kunden- und Unternehmensveranstaltungen
• Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichsleitung, die an diese berichtenden Organisationseinheiten zu Geschäftspartnern und Mitarbeitern unterschiedlicher Unternehmensebenen
• Recherche, Analyse und Aufbereitung von Ad-hoc-Themen

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossene Studium im ingenieurwissenschaftlichen oder kaufmännischen Bereich
• Spass am eigenständigen Organisieren sowie in der Kommunikation mit unseren weltweit agierenden Kollegen/-innen und Kunden
• Analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, diese verständlich zu dokumentieren, z.B. Präsentationen
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgeprägte PC- und Microsoft-Anwenderkenntnisse
