Arbeitsort: Region Koblenz, Frankfurt, Kaiserslautern

Ihre Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für den Neuanlagen Umsatz in der Region
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Konzernvorgaben, in der Abstimmung mit dem Operations Manager, im Rahmen der Montagen.
• Überprüfung der Baustellen vor Montagebeginn
• Führung der eigenen Techniker in der Region.
• Vermeidung von unvorhersehbaren Kosten im Bereich der Bestellung und Montage
• Einhaltung der Unternehmensziele
• Ansprechpartner für technische Lösungen und unterstützen dabei auch den Vertrieb
• Verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung der Techniker und Planer in der Region.
• Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften Suche und Weiterentwicklung von Nachunternehmern in Abstimmung mit dem Operations Manager
• Bearbeitung von Reklamationen vor Ort
• Technische Klärung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkäufer währen der Bauphase
• Ansprechpartner für den Kunden währen der Bauphase in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkäufer
• Verantwortlich für die mängelfrei Übergabe der fertigen Bauleistung an den Kunde und den Service in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkäufer
• Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der Vor- Nachkalkulation der ihm zugeteilten Aufträge
• Erarbeitung technischer Lösungen für zusätzliche Kundenwünsche
• Sicherung und Optimierung der Qualitätsstandards Projektbezogene Leistungs- und Kostenkontrolle.
• Klärung und Dokumentation der Mehr- und Minderleistungen

Ihr Profil

• Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Bereich der Baustellenleitung.
• Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung.
• Idealerweise Meister oder Maschinenbautechniker im Elektro oder Metallgewerbe
• Mehrjährige Berufs- und idealerweise Führungserfahrung
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Systemen idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics
• Kenntnisse der VOB
• Kundenorientiertes und kostenbewusstes Arbeiten

Die oben genannten Tätigkeiten werden gemäß eines außertariflichen Anstellungsvertrags vergütet.
