Remote work allowed from any European country.

• Develop and enforce the internal control framework across finance, HR, operations, ethics, and other business areas within Europe.
• Implement and enhance continuous monitoring of the internal control plan in collaboration with Global teams.
• Coordinate, consolidate, and synthesize the yearly Europe Major Risk mapping update exercise.
• Support countries with implementation and execution of the internal control framework.
• Monitor completeness and accuracy of anti‑bribery accounting controls (Line of Defence 1 & 2).
• Follow up with countries to confirm action‑plan execution.
• Conduct assessments on processes and procedures at regional and country levels.
• Ensure full deployment of the framework to newly integrated entities after external acquisitions or group reorganisations.
• Implement our Enterprise Risk Management tool in coordination with Global teams.
• Collaborate closely with all departments and countries within the region.

Applicant's profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in international external financial audit or internal control.
• Good understanding of business processes and internal control mechanisms.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Proactive mindset capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Engaged, resilient, reliable, diligent, and team‑ and customer‑orientated.
• Experience in the logistics sector is an advantage.
