Regional Manager – Sales Finance (Europe)

The Regional Manager is responsible for driving sales finance performance and strategic initiatives across selected European markets (e.g. Türkiye, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Ireland ).

This role serves as the key business partner for local market organizations while ensuring strong alignment with the Hyundai Motor Group Europe (Hyundai & Kia) regional strategy, governance, and commercial priorities. The ultimate measure of success is the ability to create tangible value for each local entity by delivering practical business solutions, improving commercial performance, and supporting sustainable growth—not simply monitoring results.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary regional business partner for assigned markets, building trusted relationships with local management teams and identifying value-adding business opportunities.
• Drive sales finance performance through KPI analysis, profitability improvement, finance penetration, and customer retention initiatives.
• Align local business execution with Hyundai & Kia Europe's regional sales finance strategy, governance, and strategic priorities.
• Lead the implementation of regional initiatives and best practices, including renewal programs, dealer performance improvement, finance campaigns, and new business development.
• Conduct regular business reviews, develop actionable improvement plans, and support local entities in achieving their commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with OEMs, financial partners, and regional cross-functional teams on strategic projects, product development, and partnership initiatives.
• Execute tender management for private label partnerships with local finance service providers, where applicable, across both retail finance and operational leasing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in automotive finance, leasing, banking, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of retail automotive business, dealer networks, and sales finance products.
• Proven experience managing multi-country business performance and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to deliver measurable business value to local organizations.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Regional coverage: Türkiye, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, and other assigned European markets
• Travel requirement: Approximately 50% business travel (minimum half of each month)
• Frequent on-site engagement with local entities is essential to build strong partnerships and successfully execute regional business initiatives.
