Regional Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

Bryten is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager (Remote) to join our growing team. This full-time role supports regional operational leadership to develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans that drive traffic and occupancy for assets in the portfolio. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for onsite team members and regional asset directors.
• Present marketing strategies, tactics, and performance to clients when needed.
• Collaborate with onsite teams and regional asset directors on programs that enhance property performance and support portfolio goals.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for stabilized and/or lease-up communities; evaluate performance and provide data reporting aligned with KPIs and market targets.
• Participate in property takeover/onboarding; ensure marketing tasks are ready for launch (website, collateral, signage, paid digital, social accounts, ILS advertising).
• Project manage the development of community-specific digital assets and collateral materials.
• Provide marketing budget recommendations for acquisitions and support annual budgeting for the portfolio.
• Develop and deliver portfolio trainings for new programs and continuing education of marketing initiatives.
• Conduct monthly touchpoints with regional asset directors and property managers to review performance and adjust strategy and investment as needed.
• Meet with advertising and marketing partners regularly to review service levels, recommend providers, and optimize budget and performance.
• Provide marketing training and best practices to onsite team members.
• Oversee onsite team members’ completion of marketing audits (ILS, lead tracking, website updates, concessions, and paid ad copy).
• Collaborate on quarterly and annual marketing program goals and projects.

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience with CRM and PMS systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work with individuals at all levels to achieve goals.
• Willingness and excitement to learn about multifamily development and management.
• Professional presentation and conduct.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to organizational success.
• Ability to balance multiple workstreams with tight deadlines.
• Must have a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Some roles may require candidates to be based in a specific location or may be fully remote within the U.S., aligned with business needs.
