Regional Omni & Event Operations Manager

• Support OMNI business operations in BJ's Clubs
• Provide tools, support, leadership, and strategic direction to deliver incremental revenue improvements and maximize OMNI contributions
• Support creation of and adherence to consistent operational standards across BJ's locations
• Assist Club managers with day-to-day execution of OMNI initiatives
• Provide guidance and functional support to Clubs, measured through KPI results
• Communicate with assigned clubs to monitor performance of Omni policies, initiatives, programs, and SOPs
• Report on and analyze each location's performance
• Record and implement process improvement plans for non-compliant situations
• Collaborate with Home Office and Club management on training and development
• Build organizational partnerships to improve OMNI operations
• Escalate club OMNI concerns to the General Manager and cooperate with Club management to resolve them
• Follow up on matters until completed or closed
• Ensure excellent Member service and consistent achievement of SLAs for Omni offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 5 to 7 years of management experience in a retail environment
• 3+ years in a general/operations manager or lead role
• Strong business acumen and operational knowledge
• Six Sigma certification preferred
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Good communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
• Strong judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to organize and analyze data
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis
• Ability to build and maintain trust-based, collaborative relationships and influence others
• Proven experience managing multiple priorities and projects across teams
• 100% travel required
• Must have a valid driver's license
