Recognised for its innovative portfolio and long‑term partnerships with dental professionals, the company is seeking an accomplished sales leader to strengthen its business across the German market.

The Opportunity

This is a leadership position with responsibility for driving commercial performance across a strategically important region while leading and developing an established regional sales team.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a successful regional sales team to deliver sustainable business growth
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to accelerate market growth and achieve business objectives
• Build trusted partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders, strategic customers and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Represent the organisation at major industry events and strengthen its position within the Oral Healthcare market

The role requires approximately 60% travel within Germany.

Your Profile

You are an experienced sales leader with a successful track record in the dental industry.

• Proven sales leadership experience within the dental or broader Oral Healthcare industry, combined with a strong understanding of the German market
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, customers and other relevant stakeholders
• Commercially minded leader with a strategic approach, strong coaching capabilities and a track record of developing high performing teams
• Business fluent in German and English, supported by a university degree or an equivalent technical or commercial background
