Regional Sales Manager DACH

• Own the full capital equipment sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract execution, including new machine sales
• Grow revenue within the assigned region by developing new OEM, Tier 1, and industrial end‑user accounts while expanding penetration at existing customers
• Lead technical solution development in collaboration with applications engineering
• Engage multi‑stakeholder buying groups across manufacturing engineering, quality, operations, maintenance, and procurement
• Translate customer process requirements into differentiated value propositions (throughput, accuracy, scrap reduction, traceability, automation readiness)
• Manage capital equipment quoting, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations in alignment with regional and global commercial policies
• Maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records while providing regular business updates to leadership
• Support customer visits, machine acceptances, trade shows, and industry events as needed

Our requirement

• 5+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience selling capital equipment, industrial machinery, or engineered manufacturing solutions
• Demonstrated success selling complex, application‑driven solutions with deal sizes ranging from mid‑five to seven figures
• Proven ability to navigate multi‑stakeholder decision processes in manufacturing environments
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
• Comfortable holding technical conversations related to rotating equipment, precision manufacturing, automation, or quality systems
• Experience managing long sales cycles and capital expenditure (CapEx) driven purchase decisions
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region (typically 40–60%)
