Regional Sales Manager – Eastern Europe

As Regional Sales Manager for Eastern Europe, you will drive growth for Black Box’s Command and Control Room business across your territory. You’ll collaborate with resellers, system integrators, and internal experts to forge partnerships, win strategic projects, and expand market share. You act as the region’s face, shaping go-to-market strategies and delivering solutions that simplify complex operations. This role offers ownership of a high-impact territory within a global tech company focused on mission-critical control room and KVM solutions.

• Define and execute a go-to-market strategy and business plan for Eastern Europe
• Identify, recruit, and develop system integrators, resellers, and end customers
• Drive high-value projects and solution sales across multiple industries
• Plan and lead seminars, industry roundtables, and partner events to generate business
• Manage opportunities and forecast accurately using Salesforce
• Provide market and customer insights to leadership, influencing product and strategy decisions
• Personally engage in large, complex, and strategic deals when required

• 10+ years of sales experience
• Experience in multi-country or multi-cultural markets (Eastern Europe preferred)
• Strong experience selling through partners or system integrators
• Proven ability to close large, complex deals ($250k+)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable with C-levels
• Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and self-starter attitude
• Experience with KVM, AV, and control room technologies is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel >50%
• Existing network of partners and customers in Eastern Europe is a strong advantage
