Regional Sales Manager EMEA (gn)

Das erwartet dich bei uns

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager EMEA (gn) to join our growing international sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers, developing new business opportunities, and driving profitable sales growth across the EMEA region. The role is based in Germany and can be performed remotely, with regular visits to our office in Markdorf, and involves regular travel within the EMEA region.

Your Responsibilities

• Help to develop and implement the sales strategy for the EMEA region, aligned with the company’s global strategic objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airline customers, leasing companies, and OEMs across the EMEA region
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive developments in the EMEA market to inform product portfolio discussions
• Manage proposals and bid processes, pricing, commercial negotiations, and contracts within the region, in line with global guidelines
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Program Management, and other functions to ensure customer satisfaction and flawless execution
• Represent ZIM Aircraft Seating at regional trade shows, industry events, and key customer meetings across the EMEA region
• Report directly to the Vice President Global Sales and contribute to the EMEA region’s strategic decision-making

Deine Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or key account management roles, ideally within the aviation, aerospace, or aircraft interiors industry
• Proven track record of sales success in the EMEA market, including an established customer and industry network
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in business-level English, both written and spoken; German is a plus
• Ability to navigate complex technical products and long sales cycles
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and strong execution capability
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region and internationally
