Regional Sales Manager - IT Services

• Business Development : Drive the expansion of the company’s core IT services, including staff outsourcing and project outsourcing.
• Client Development & Relationship Management : Acquire new clients, maintain relationships with existing ones, build strong partnerships, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Business Negotiation & Cooperation : Conduct business negotiations, sign contracts, coordinate communications, and resolve issues arising during cooperation.

Job Requirements

• Education : Bachelor’s degree or above; background in an IT services company is preferred.
• Language : Proficient in English for communication, reading, and writing.
• Work Experience : Over 5 years of experience in business development (BD) or related fields; familiar with the IT services industry and large client vendor onboarding processes; local client resources are preferred.
• Competencies : Strong communication, stress tolerance, logical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Other Requirements : Willing to work on-site in Europe long-term; outgoing personality, strong learning and adaptability, ability to deliver results under high pressure; experience in related project delivery is preferred.
