As aRegional Sales Manager (m/f/d) , you will be responsible for the sales development of our Southern Germany region. Your primary focus will be on managing, expanding, and strategically developing our existing partner network.
With your strong understanding of customer needs and market requirements, you will strengthen existing relationships and work together with partners and customers to create long-term growth opportunities for Advancis.

Your mission

• Regional sales of complex software solutions (B2B)
• Development of a successful sales strategy for the Southern Germany region (Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg)
• Building and expanding trusted, long-term customer relationships within the sales territory
• Acquisition of new system partners and potential customers
• Contributing to the further development of our product based on market trends and customer feedback
• Representing our company at regional trade fairs and industry events

Your profile

• Completed degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in the sales of complex software solutions (B2B) and/or IT application consulting
• Industry knowledge in security technology and/or building automation
• Confident presence, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to acquire new business
• Strong customer focus, enthusiasm for product presentations, and an approachable and thoughtful communication style
• Independent working style and openness to new ideas
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Ideally based in Bavaria (or Baden-Württemberg) with a willingness to travel within the region regularly
