Regional Sales Manager – North Germany

Our client is a late-stage biopharmaceutical company entering the European market with a bold vision and an innovative pipeline of small molecule therapies. With a strong foundation in science and a deep commitment to improving patient care, they are preparing for their first commercial launch in Europe—starting in the DACH region.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a company’s European build-up from day one. You’ll help shape local operations, define strategy, and establish a commercial presence in Germany—working alongside a team of experienced professionals who value agility, collaboration, and purpose.

Your Mission

As Regional Sales Manager North , you’ll lead the commercial rollout in Northern Germany. You’ll recruit and develop a high-performing sales team, drive regional strategy, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take full ownership of your region—with the freedom to shape, build, and grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and lead a team of Key Account Managers.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned with national goals.
  • Engage with healthcare professionals and key accounts.
  • Collaborate across medical, market access, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure compliance and promote ethical sales practices.

Who You Are

You’re a seasoned commercial leader with:

  • 10+ years in pharma or biotech sales, including regional leadership.
  • Experience launching products and driving growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across your region.
  • You’re curious, driven, and ready to build something meaningful from the ground up.
