We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop a high‑performing team of six Key Account Managers across North / North‑East Germany. This role is central to driving commercial success, building strong customer partnerships, and establishing Gentili Pharma’s presence in specialty medicine markets.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, dynamic leader with a strong track record in specialty pharmaceuticals — someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, scaling environment and brings a “can‑do” attitude.
