The Role: Regional Sales Manager North / North‑East (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop a high‑performing team of six Key Account Managers across North / North‑East Germany. This role is central to driving commercial success, building strong customer partnerships, and establishing Gentili Pharma’s presence in specialty medicine markets.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, dynamic leader with a strong track record in specialty pharmaceuticals — someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, scaling environment and brings a “can‑do” attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers to achieve ambitious commercial goals
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Translate national strategy into effective regional execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement targeted actions to optimize results
  • Collaborate closely with medical, market access, and marketing teams
  • Identify regional market opportunities and provide strategic insights to leadership
  • Ensure compliant, customer‑focused engagement at all times

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in specialty pharmaceuticals; oncology strongly preferred
  • §75 AMG qualification is mandatory
  • Proven success in leading and developing high‑performing commercial teams (pharma, not medtech)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel nationally
