Reporting to the Contura Sales Manager Germany, you will be responsible for all commercial activities in Baden-Württemberg/Bayern, Austria and Switzerland. Your main responsibilities are:
With a relevant commercial or technical higher education, you have solid experience in sales of technical products and concepts, preferably with technical/durable consumer products. You have a background in dealer/distributor networks, ideally in building materials, heating, or home/living sectors.
Entrepreneur at heart, you are passionate about selling technical products & concepts. You have achieved excellent results in the past on the development of turnover and profitability, and you are motivated by the challenge to continuously grow your activity. You are a good communicator creating strong relationships internally and with Key Customers and Partners.
Fluent German. You have a correct level of English to communicate with the MD based in Sweden and participate in internal training sessions.
As a person, you are charismatic, enthusiastic, pragmatic, proactive and dynamic, with strong communication and negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
You are ideally living in the Baden-Württemberg/Bayern region, preferably south of Munich, (or ready to move there) with willingness to travel across your region.
