About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial Sales Professional to grow Seyond’s reach in the Industrial, Security, and Robotics markets in emerging international markets. Sales representatives will be entrusted with building the sales pipeline from the ground up by developing and maintaining customer relationships and expertly converting opportunities into pilot projects and long‑term deployments.

This is a frontline, high‑impact role with strong support from leadership on strategy, deal structuring, and closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned region
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities in HubSpot
• Drive pilot / proof‑of‑concept opportunities as entry points to larger deals
• Engage with municipalities, transportation agencies, and partners
• Conduct outreach (email, calls, meetings) to generate new leads
• Manage deals through full sales cycle (with leadership support on closing)

• Collaborate with marketing on localized messaging and campaigns

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–6 years of sales experience (B2B/B2G, preferably tech or infrastructure)
• Proven ability to generate pipeline (hunter mindset)
• Experience selling complex solutions (not transactional sales)
• Fluent in English + at least one relevant regional language
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with international, cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required.

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience with:
  • Smart cities / ITS / infrastructure
  • Government or public sector sales
• Familiarity with long sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder deals
• High energy / “go‑getter” mentality
• Self‑starter — doesn’t wait for direction
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Curious and adaptable across markets

What Success Looks Like

• Consistent pipeline generation within first 60–90 days
• Pilot opportunities launched within first 3–6 months
• Progression of deals into high‑confidence (Commit) category
• Contribution to first closed deals within 6–12 months
• Not afraid of rejection / persistence‑driven
