Stellenbeschreibung:

Our Regional Technical Sales will be tasked with establishing the distributor channel, driving mass market business through collaboration with distributors and driving the consumer electronics multinational accounts business through collaboration with our headquarter sales team. Where this position will be based is flexible .

Responsibilities

  • Develop, screen, and maintain regional/industry agents to build a healthy channel ecosystem, with a focus on covering key consumer electronics account and drive partners to achieve performance targets
  • Collaborate with channel partners to follow up on key projects, mobilize internal R&D and FAE resources, and provide technical, commercial, and strategic support to enhance project success rates
  • Communicate company's products, pricing, and market policies to channel partners, and organize training to improve their professional capabilities
  • Gather data and information on competitor’s products and market trends, understanding customers’ product planning and project status and identifying and guiding customer needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in electronics or microelectronics
  • 5+ years experience, including success in growing sales within a semiconductor sales role
  • Experience with establishing and managing distributor channels along with being an agent.
  • Technical background, capable of independently handling client procurement and R&D
  • Proficiency in channel sales models and agent operational logic, capable of independently developing channel policies and incentive programs
  • Understanding of the operating principles of ACDC/DCDC and charging management systems, and have a solid grasp of circuit theory
  • Highly committed to a customer-centric approach, willing to make short-term compromises for customer value; result-oriented, eager to share experiences, and embracing a culture of transparent communication.
