Regional Training and Education Manager

You drive education for dental labs across Region Europe, building a scalable education universe and content library in collaboration with Global Academy. You deliver advanced training to labs, resellers and key accounts, and upskill local trainers while shaping how digital workflows are adopted. You’ll represent 3Shape education at congresses and lead train-the-trainer programs to raise regional capability. Your work bridges product, sales, support and education to impact lab efficiency and adoption.

• Own end-to-end training delivery: preparation, execution, follow-up across sub-region
• Deliver advanced training for lab customers, resellers and key accounts; tailor content for varying experience levels
• Lecture at congresses and key-account events across Region Europe as a 3Shape education representative
• Run regional train-the-trainer programs to onboard and upskill local trainers and reseller partners
• Engage with local/regional KOLs and speakers to bring external expertise into education
• Advise customers and internal stakeholders on adoption and usage of 3Shape solutions to optimize workflows
• Coordinate regional training material needs and align with Global Academy and Learning & Content teams
• Contribute to building the global training materials and content library, focusing on lab workflows

• Background as a dental technician with 7+ years in digital dental workflows
• Experience with CAD/CAM and 3Shape Dental System in a lab environment
• Fluent in English and German
• Willingness to travel regularly within own market and region Europe
• Strong training, education and communication capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across teams
• Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging training content
• Customer-oriented mindset with high engagement and service level
