Regional Turnaround Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Lead complex maintenance and major abandonment projects (Turnarounds) through all phases from initial concept to successful completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered with accurate quality, schedule and budget objectives.
• Define scope, coordinate with specialists and locations, calculate budgets, and validate incoming offers.
• Plan and coordinate all trades and service providers onsite, acting as central interface between operational units, sites and technical teams.
• Prepare project documentation, formally close projects and analyze lessons learned.
• Develop and standardise methods and work practices across sites, fostering knowledge transfer within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
• Multiple years of experience planning and leading Turnarounds or major projects within the chemical or petrochemical industry.
• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
• Proficiency with standard scheduling and resource planning methods.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and advanced skills in Maximo and/or SAP.
• Desirable experience in budgeting, offer validation and technical procurement.
• Willingness to participate in on-site readiness duty during abandonment phases and travel / mobility across the network.
