These Tasks Await You On Our Team
- You derive regulatory requirements (e.g., CRA, GDPR, AI Act, Data Act) and implement them into technical, organizational, and procedural guidelines.
- You translate legal requirements into concrete requirements regarding development, architecture, security, lifecycle, and operations.
- You support development projects as the go‑to person for regulatory questions.
- You assess the impact of regulatory requirements on product design, software architecture, and processes.
- You prepare and support compliance evaluations, audits, and market surveillance measures.
- From early on you identify regulatory influences on product roadmaps and development strategies.
- Building, maintaining, and improving processes, policies, and templates for software compliance is also part of your role.
- In your position, you work closely with the Legal, Product Development, and IT Security department.
You Bring The Following Qualifications
- A completed (university) degree with a focus on computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar, or a completed at least 3‑year relevant vocational training plus additional professional development.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in software compliance, regulatory affairs, or cybersecurity.
- Solid knowledge of relevant European regulations (e.g., CRA, GDPR, Data Act, AI Act).
- Experience integrating regulatory requirements into agile or traditional development processes.
- Ideally experience with Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) or Secure Coding Standards and relevant standards (e.g., IEC 62443, ETSI EN 303 645, EN 18031, EN 40000).
- A good understanding of modern software architectures, embedded systems, and connected products.
- A structured and analytical working style, able to make complex regulatory requirements understandable.
