Release Coordinator / Project Support Officer (Junior+ / Mid-level) (m/f)

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Release Coordinator / Project Support Officer (m/f) to join one of our client teams onsite in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment.

In this role, you will support the coordination of software releases and data integration activities for a Data Warehouse platform, ensuring smooth deployments, effective stakeholder communication, and high standards of delivery quality.

THE WORK:

• Coordinate software releases and deployment activities across the Data Warehouse platform.
• Support planning, tracking, and follow-up of release-related tasks and milestones.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure production readiness.
• Assist in data validation and quality control activities prior to releases.
• Monitor release progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Support issue tracking, risk management, and resolution follow-up.
• Maintain project and release documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of release and delivery processes.

Onsite at client site : This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Experience in project support , release coordination , PMO , or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate activities involving multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Understanding of software delivery lifecycles and release management concepts .
• Ability to manage priorities and follow up on actions in a structured manner.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with Data Warehouse environments.
• Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects (BO).
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
• Knowledge of Jira, SharePoint, or other project management tools.
• French language skills.
