Job Description

This is a remote position.

What you'll do

• Manage written conversations on behalf of our creators across multiple platforms
• Build real relationships through authentic, engaging communication
• Spot upselling opportunities and increase customer lifetime value
• Keep a professional, consistent tone in every interaction
• Log conversations accurately in our CRM
• Work with the team to continuously improve results

Requirements

• Reliable internet connection
• Strong empathy and the ability to connect with different personalities
• Self-disciplined, reliable, and results-oriented
• Comfortable with 18+ content
• Able to work independently in a fully remote setup

Nice to have

• Background in customer support, live chat, sales or copywriting
• CRM experience
• Leadership experience (we actively help ambitious people build and lead teams)
