Remote General Diagnostic Radiologist - 7on/7off - Saline Valley Diagnostic Radiology

Position Summary

Saline Valley Diagnostic Radiology (SVDR) serves the Southern Illinois community for over 40 years, providing diagnostic services to 14 Illinois hospitals, affiliated clinics, and express care centers. SVDR is seeking a Full‑time Remote General Diagnostic Radiologist to support our growing practice.

The position follows a 7‑on/7‑off block day schedule. Fellowship experience in Emergency Radiology, Body Imaging, Neuroradiology, or Musculoskeletal Radiology is a plus. Experience in ER is preferred. The ideal candidate must be capable of reading a broad spectrum of diagnostic imaging and have a desire to work in a collaborative environment with local referring physicians.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

• Schedule: 100% Remote 7on/7off (26 weeks)
• Shift: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST
• 100% General Radiology
• 65 RVUs per shift
• No on‑call duties
• Capable of reading various diagnostic modalities
• No mammography or PET CT/specialty reading required

Desired Professional Skills and Experience

• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy with residency training in Diagnostic Radiology
• Fellowship training in any subspecialty preferred but not required
• Ability to obtain Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri licenses
