About the project

We're looking for a senior Python Developer.

Our tech stacks are Python, Django, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and Redis.

Examples of tasks: implementation of regulatory and compliance requirements, integration with government platforms and reporting services, development of KYC and customer verification processes, responsible gambling features, risk management solutions, and other business-critical platform capabilities.

Your expertise to meet the requirement:

• Commercial development experience 5+ years (with hands on coding on your own, even without without AI tools)
• Excellent knowledge in Python 3.x and Django
• Experience in the design and development of complex highly-loaded systems
• Excellent knowledge of general programming issues: design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Native proficiency or fluent in Russian language
• Upper intermediate or intermediate proficiency in English language

Will be a plus:

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL DBs, and understanding of the key features of each of them
• Experience in iGaming, KYC, compliance, or other regulated domains

Your key responsibilities include:

• Make architectural decisions for product backend
• Implement design, develop backend and write tests
• Monitor trouble proof operation of production
• Monitor performance, and optimize wherever necessary
