Elevate your career in technical administration by stepping into the position of a Repair & Maintenance Coordinator within our dynamic team. You will thrive in a technical environment, playing a key role in a team dedicated to ensuring the continuous supply of our fleet and keeping our vessels on their course. You will work closely with technical inspectors, captains, and engineers to ensure smooth coordination between our office and the ships. Your commitment to efficient communication is evident in everything you do, from coordinating repairs to monitoring follow-up inspections.

Responsibilities

• Managing repair orders and maintaining an up-to-date database with contact information and device lists.
• Checking technical quotes and invoices for accuracy.
• Ensuring smooth transactions with our supplier network.
• Completing administrative tasks from home 1–2 times a week, in consultation with the team.

Qualifications

• Education in the technical and/or commercial area provides necessary tools for this position.
• Careful and independent way of working combined with sense of humour.
• Fluent in German and English; good knowledge of French.
