Requirements Engineer (m/f/d)

For our renowned energy sector client in Erlangen, we are seeking a dedicated Requirements Manager (m/f/d) on a temporary staffing basis. In your role as Requirements Manager (m/f/d), you will be the link between the contractual client requirements and the technical implementation within the project. Your main tasks include: Requirements Management: Collecting, analyzing in detail, and comprehensively documenting all requirements from the client contract. Evaluation & Prioritization: Prioritizing requirements, assessing their technical and economic feasibility, and evaluating their potential impact on the overall project. Interface Communication: Actively supporting the clarification of requirements with internal project teams (core team, engineering, assembly, commissioning, etc.). Requirements Reviews: Preparing and conducting regular reviews to coordinate changes, adjustments, and final implementation. Documentation & Tracking: Continuous maintenance and creation of project documentation, and tracking of all status changes in the designated IT tools. Quality & Risk: Support for quality management and risk assessment to proactively avoid and mitigate project risks.

Für diese anspruchsvolle Position bringen Sie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung sowie folgende Qualifikationen mit:

• Ausbildung: Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (mindestens Bachelor) im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
• Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige, relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie fundierte Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von schlüsselfertigen Projekten (Turnkey-Projekte).
• Schnittstellenkompetenz: Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern (Kunden und Lieferanten) sowie internen Fachabteilungen.
• Persönlichkeit: Eine strukturierte, ziel- und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher Teamfähigkeit, starker Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Beharrlichkeit.
• Arbeitsstil: Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Verlässlichkeit, Ausdauer sowie ein motivierter und lösungsorientierter Ansatz; erste Führungserfahrung ist hierbei hilfreich.
• IT & Sprachen: Fortgeschrittene Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen IT-Tools sowie fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift).
