RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

Overview

We are looking for young and innovative Software & Hardware Engineers in Berlin, Germany to work with our R&D team to advance our products and solutions for machine vision, robotics, autonomous systems, and industrial automation applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, control, and implement advanced systems and products for automation and robotic applications.
• Develop manufacturing processes according to global engineering standards.
• Collaborate with other R&D engineers and technicians to design and to implement.
• Summarize data and report on research, development and test results.
• Examine requirements in product development projects.
• Monitor maintenance and inspection plans.
• Develop product designs for embedded systems and automation applications.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree (Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics).
• Architecture design skills (Software, Mechanical, or Electrical).
• Proven expertise as a Research and Development engineer.
• Hands‑on experience using design and calculation software.
• Good knowledge of physics in mechanical and electrical applications.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering for product standards.
• Good knowledge in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering fields is a plus.
• Advanced problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
