We are seeking research assistants (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter) (m/f/d) to join our Public Law practice at our Stuttgart office.

Your role

You’ll work closely with our lawyers and assist on ongoing client work. Your role will focus on the coordination and management of numerous litigation proceedings and the evaluation and analysis of written pleadings. You’ll contribute to drafting pleadings on technically and legally complex matters and assist on out-of-court settlement negotiations. You’ll also play a role in planning litigation strategy across all judicial instances.

You can start at any time – during your university studies, your doctorate, or while completing your practical legal training.

Your profile

First (or first and second) state examination(s), each with a grade of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
Very good command of English
Interest in business-related issues and challenging work
Enthusiasm for applying innovative technologies in the legal profession
