Your mission

• Business Development & Mandate Origination : Actively support the acquisition of new clients and mandates in infrastructure, energy and digital advisory, working closely with senior management
• Sector & Service Line Development : Contribute to the expansion of advisory activities in renewable energy, energy networks and digital infrastructure, and help shape new advisory offerings
• Advisory Project Involvement : Work on technical and commercial advisory mandates across the full asset lifecycle, with gradually increasing responsibility for project execution and quality
• Client & Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships with investors, banks, developers and utilities, acting as a trusted interface between TA Europe and its clients
• Team & Platform Contribution : Collaborate with international advisory teams and actively support knowledge sharing, mentoring and the gradual growth of the platform

Your experiences

• Professional Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, energy or digital infrastructure environments (consulting, investment, project finance, utilities or funds)
• Educational Background: Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, energy systems, economics with a technical focus, or a comparable field
• Sector Focus & Learning Mindset: Experience in at least one relevant sector (e.g. renewables, energy, infrastructure finance) and strong motivation to broaden sector expertise
• Commercial & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Understanding of how advisory and investment mandates are originated, with exposure to business development or client acquisition being an advantage
• Communication & Personal Skills: Ambitious, curious and proactive personality; confident communicator with senior stakeholders; fluent English required, German strongly preferred, additional languages a plus
