The Hapimag City Resort in Munich features 57 holiday apartments and is centrally located, just minutes from major attractions such as Marienplatz and Oktoberfest.

What you can expect

• Being a host to our guests and business partners
• Responsible for managing the resort, including budget preparation and target achievement
• Leading and developing employees
• Implementing strategic company goals
• Coordinating and collaborating with outsourcing companies such as housekeeping and technical services
• Evaluating guest feedback and implementing measures for the sustainable development of our offerings
• Continuously improving workflows and processes

What you bring along

• Practical experience as manager in a hotel or similar establishment
• Several years of front office experience as Front Office Manager or Operations Manager
• Excellent German and English skills
• Additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Fostering personal responsibility and the further development of our employees
