• Through your friendly manner and excellent care of our guests, you guarantee that everyone really feels at home
• As a figurehead of the culinary competence of the Althoff Hotels, you highlight the individual and innovative concept of the restaurant
• With your hands-on mentality, you support and motivate your team in the daily, operational business and thus ensure smooth processes
• Standing still is a step backwards, so you regularly conduct training and education for your team and are committed to developing yourself further
• You take responsibility for your budget and a fair roster design

Profil

• Do you have a burning passion for excellent service? Then think outside the box with us!
• Despite upscale service, you convince with skilful casualness
• The restaurant is packed and the screw cap wine is corking again? No problem, because you always keep a cool head
• You face every challenge with flexibility and creative ideas
• You have a completed apprenticeship and/or studies in the hospitality industry and have already gained experience in a management function in the F&B sector
