Restaurant Operations & Events Leader

To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a dedicated individual who will lead our restaurant with passion, organizational skills, and an eye for the extraordinary.

• Responsibility for ensuring smooth, service-oriented operations throughout the restaurant and beer garden areas
• Active involvement in day-to-day operations and serving as the primary point of contact for our guests and the service team
• Providing technical and organizational leadership, motivation, and professional development for the service team
• Preparation and coordination of work schedules and vacation schedules
• Ensuring our high standards of service and quality, as well as compliance with all hygiene regulations
• Reviewing cash register closings and providing support with orders, inventory management, and inventory counts
• Close collaboration with the kitchen and management
• Helping to shape and further develop our food and beverage offerings as well as the quality of our service
• Assistance with planning and organizing weddings, family celebrations, and events

Your profile

• Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the restaurant industry, ideally with some leadership experience
• A strong sense of hospitality and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
• Organizational skills, as well as a structured and independent approach to work
• Ability to work as part of a team, reliability, and resilience
• A friendly, well-groomed, and confident demeanor
• Good knowledge of German; knowledge of other languages is a plus
