That's where you come in. We're looking for a Restaurant Sales & Catering Manager to help make each Sticks’n’Sushi restaurant in Berlin one of the city's most sought-after destinations for restaurant events, private dining, corporate entertaining and celebrations - whilst also growing our external catering and events business.

Who We're Looking For

This isn't a role where you'll be handed a list of clients and told to keep the enquiries coming. We're looking for someone who creates opportunities. Someone who loves meeting people, building relationships and opening doors. Someone who gets a buzz from turning a conversation into a booking, a booking into a great experience and a great experience into a loyal guest.

You'll be responsible for driving footfall, group bookings and exclusive hires across our three Berlin restaurants, whilst also identifying and winning external catering and event opportunities. That means building your own pipeline, getting out into the Berlin business and hospitality community and finding new ways to introduce people to everything Sticks’n’Sushi has to offer.

What You'll Be Doing

• Local Business Development: Act as the face of Sticks’n’Sushi in the Berlin business and hospitality community, building strong networks with local businesses, office hubs, event agencies, hotels and concierges.


• Driving Revenue & Pipeline: Proactively prospect, manage sales leads, and create tailored proposals to drive group bookings, private dining and exclusive hires across our three Berlin restaurants.


• External Catering & Events: Identify off-site corporate and social event opportunities, hosting venue show-rounds, client tastings and tailoring packages to maximize commercial return.


• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire sales journey, from initial prospect contact through confirmation and smooth handover to restaurant and catering operations.


• Strategic Growth: Partner with Marketing on local campaigns and seasonal moments (Christmas, summer parties, festivals), while evaluating and onboarding relevant third-party reservation and catering platforms to track ROI.

About You

• Background: Proven experience in hospitality sales, event sales, or business development, ideally within premium restaurants, hotels or venues.


• Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Berlin corporate and hospitality landscape, as well as the city’s vibrant external events and festival scene.


• Languages: Fluent in German and conversational English (Danish or French is a plus).


• Mindset: Commercially minded with a proactive hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and comfort working independently using CRM and booking platforms.
