Your responsibilities

• Building the company’s presence in the German market
• Selecting and optimizing store locations
• Leading and motivating the local team
• Managing the financial performance of the stores
• Precious metals evaluation and purchasing
• Contributing to brand development and customer loyalty
• Actively supporting the expansion of the German organization

Your profile

• ✅ Fluent in German and French (minimum C1 level)
• ✅ Experience in brick-and-mortar retail or store management
• ✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative
• ✅ Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
• ✅ Willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
