Revenue Operations Lead (f/m/d)

In this role, you will lead Revenue Operations to accelerate revenue growth through optimized processes, cross-functional alignment, and data-driven decision making. You will partner with global and regional GTM leaders to streamline customer-facing operations and enable teams with tools and resources. You will own forecasting, planning, and performance metrics, shaping strategies that boost efficiency, customer experience, and profitability. • Process optimization to improve revenue-generating workflows
• Foster cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, and finance
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform revenue strategies and report to stakeholders
• Develop and deploy sales enablement programs, tools, and resources
• Collaborate on forecasting and strategic planning to meet revenue targets
• Oversee CRM and sales automation tool implementations and management
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure revenue performance and drive improvement
• Contribute to revenue growth strategies including pricing, market expansion, and segmentation
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience across the revenue cycle
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and manage risk in revenue operations

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
• Deep понимание of SaaS business models with subscription metrics (ARR, churn)
• Excellent analytical skills with data modeling and dashboarding experience
• Strong understanding of sales operations processes (cycle, forecasting, pipeline, renewals, territory)
• Proven track record of delivering results and driving impact
• Good knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales/marketing automation tools
