Additae Digital are partnering with one of the leading companies in Advanced and Digital Manufacturing to recruit a Robotics Sales Manager based in Germany. The successful applicant will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include leading sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and contract negotiation
  • Previous experience in technical sales, especially in the robotics and manufacturing sectors, is highly desirable
  • Experience in market analysis, strategy development, and achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English and German is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a relevant field
