Regional Vice President Sales (SaaS): Leading a team of Enterprise Account Directors to drive revenue growth and expand the footprint in the cloud contact center market with an accent on enterprise software sales and relationship management. Focus on coaching high-performing teams, executing strategic business plans, and closing complex, long-term deals in a competitive environment.

Location: Remote for candidates living outside a 50-mile radius of San Ramon, CA. Candidates within 50 miles of the San Ramon office are required to work Hybrid (3 days/week) .

Salary: $142,800–$332,100 USD

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Directors to exceed revenue goals.
• Coach and support sales team members through prospecting, discovery calls, and pipeline management.
• Participate in on-site customer meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Drive business plan execution to expand into new enterprise accounts.
• Attract, hire, onboard, and retain top-tier sales talent.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and data hygiene within Salesforce.com .

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience closing deals at the C-level.
• 3+ years of direct sales management experience in the SaaS or Cloud industry.
• Demonstrated ability to close at least 10 complex deals per year.
• Strong background in sales methodology, training, and coaching teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.
